Workout Log – 6/4/2010 – Friday night sprints

Exercise: Sets: 50 Yard Sprints 10 30 Seconds Rest Notes: Lazy this morning, should have weight trained. So solution was to pound out some sprints in the evening. Good substitution for an almost missed day.
